NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 320.280(1) requires the Kentucky Board of Optometric Examiners to promulgate an administrative regulation to establish the payment of the fee required for an optometrist to annually secure a renewal certificate. This administrative regulation establishes the amount of the annual renewal fee.

1. Section 1. The annual renewal fee for an optometrist shall be $250.
