KRS 317.450 requires the Board of Barbering to license barbers, authorizes the board to renew a license that has not been expired more than five (5) years, and requires an applicant failing to renew a license within five (5) years of its expiration to comply with the requirements for relicensure established by the board. This administrative regulation establishes the relicensing requirements for a barber whose license has been expired over five (5) years.
Section 1. If a license has been expired for more than five (5) years, an applicant for relicensure shall meet the requirements established in this section.
(2) To regain a probationary license, a probationary barber shall:
