- (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 9-508 through 9-513, and amendments thereto, K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 9-513a through 9-513d, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 9-513e, and amendments thereto, shall be known as and may be cited as the Kansas money transmitter act.
- (b) The commissioner is hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations necessary to administer and implement the Kansas money transmitter act.
