Effective May 22, 2003L. 2003, ch. 147, § 28; May 22.

(a) The provisions of K.S.A. 79-3666 through 79-3682, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the streamlined sales and use tax agreement conformity act.
(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 79-3666 through 79-3682 shall be effective on and after July 1, 2003.
