Control of institution; superintendent, appointment, salary, duties and powers

- (a) The director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office shall have full control of the Kansas soldiers' home, the property, effects, supervision and management thereof.
- (b) A superintendent of the Kansas soldiers' home shall be appointed by the director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office in accordance with K.S.A. 73-1210a.
