Except for a certified batterer intervention program or a holder of a temporary permit authorized under the batterer intervention program certification act, no person shall use any of the tools, methodologies, and forms for the domestic violence offender assessment required by subsection (p) of K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 21-6604, and amendments thereto, developed by the attorney general pursuant to K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 75-7d01, and amendments thereto.
