- (a) The hearing officers of the small claims and expedited hearings division shall be appointed by the chief hearing officer of the state court of tax appeals.
- (b) Each hearing officer of the small claims and expedited hearings division shall receive compensation in an amount determined by the chief judge and approved by the court.
