Costs for mediation and fact-finding

All of the costs incurred for mediation under K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 72-2232 and for fact-finding under K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 72-2233, shall be borne equally by the board of education and the professional employees' organization involved therein. The payment of such costs shall be at such time and in such manner as is determined by the secretary.
