Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-6510
Penalty for violation of act
Effective Jan 1, 1992L. 1991, ch. 177, § 10; January 1, 1992.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and each day in violation of this act shall be considered a separate offense.
