1. (a) "Community facilities for people with intellectual disability" means: (1) Any community facility for people with intellectual disability organized pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-4001 to 19-4015, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3307b, and amendments thereto; or (2) any intellectual disability governing board which contracts with a nonprofit corporation to provide services for people with intellectual disability.
2. (b) "Secretary" means secretary of social and rehabilitation services.
