In accordance with the provisions of the rules and regulations filing act, K.S.A. 77-415 et seq., and amendments thereto, the board may adopt, amend and revoke rules and regulations governing the administration and enforcement of this act, including, but not limited to:

1. (a) Any fee required by this act;
2. (b) any report, record or other information which may be required to be kept, and maintained pursuant to this act; and
3. (c) such other rules and regulations as the board may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
