Unlawful use of hog cholera vaccines; penalty for violation

Any person who shall violate any provision of this act or regulations adopted in accordance therewith shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as prescribed by K.S.A. 21-6602, and amendments thereto.
