Unlawful to feed unprocessed garbage to animals; exceptions

- (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to feed garbage to animals.
- (b) Nothing in this section shall prohibit an individual from feeding such individual's own animals only the garbage obtained from such individual's own household.
