Whenever a minor person shall be entitled to compensation under the provisions of the workers compensation act, the administrative law judge is authorized to direct such compensation to be paid in accordance with the Kansas uniform guardianship, conservatorship and other protective arrangements act, K.S.A. 59-30,101 through 59-30,212, and amendments thereto.
