Kan. Stat. Ann. § 41-713
It shall be unlawful for a retailer of alcoholic liquor: (1) To permit any person to mix drinks in or on the licensed premises; (2) to employ any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years in connection with the operation of such retail establishment; or (3) to employ any person in connection with the operation of such retail establishment who has been adjudged guilty of a felony.
