- (a) The secretary for aging and disability services shall upon request receive from the Kansas bureau of investigation in accordance with K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 22-4715, and amendments thereto, without charge, such criminal history record information relating to criminal convictions as necessary for the purpose of determining initial and continuing qualifications of an operator.
- (b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the adult care home licensure act.
