Consent to immunize under 38-2217 or 38-2316 not affected

The provisions of K.S.A. 38-135 through 38-140 shall not affect authority to consent to immunization of a minor pursuant to K.S.A. 38-2217 or 38-2316, and amendments thereto, or pursuant to any other law.
