Kan. Stat. Ann. § 3-144e
Certain cities of third class of over 2,000 population with municipal airport
Effective Mar 30, 1959L. 1959, ch. 112, § 1; March 30.
This act shall apply to any city of the third class in excess of two thousand (2,000) population and having a municipal airport located outside its city limits.
