County home improvement fund not subject to budget law
Effective Jul 1, 1968L. 1968, ch. 9, § 2; July 1.
Such county home improvement fund shall not be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 79-2925 to 79-2941, both sections inclusive, or acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
