The fact that articles of organization, or amendments thereto, of a limited liability company are on file with the secretary of state is notice that the entity formed in connection with the filing of the articles of organization is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Kansas and is notice for all purposes with respect to all matters required to be set forth therein.
