As used in K.S.A. 12-351 through 12-357, and amendments thereto:
- (a) "Commission" means the consolidation commission of Topeka, Kansas, and Shawnee county.
- (b) "City" means Topeka, Kansas.
- (c) "County" means Shawnee county.
