Default; payment from public funds, when

In the event that the city or county shall default in the payment of any STAR bonds payable from revenues described in subsection (a)(1) of K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 12-17,169, and amendments thereto, no public funds shall be used to pay the holders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
