Sec. 5. (a) When engaged in the physician assistant's professional activities, a physician assistant shall:

1. (1) wear a name tag identifying the individual as a physician assistant; and
2. (2) inform patients that they are a physician assistant.

A physician assistant may not portray themselves as a licensed physician.

(b) A physician assistant shall make available for inspection at their primary place of business:

1. (1) the physician assistant's license issued by the committee; and
2. (2) a statement from the collaborating physician that the physician assistant is, or will be, collaborating with that physician.

(c) The physician assistant may perform, under the supervision of the collaborating physician, those duties and responsibilities that are:

1. (1) delegated by the collaborating physician; and
2. (2) within the collaborating physician's scope of practice.
