Sec. 2. A license or certificate holder shall do the following:

1. (1) Certify completion of continuing competency activities required by this rule at the time of license or certification renewal.
2. (2) Retain verification of completion of continuing competency activities required by this rule for three (3) years after the last renewal date.
3. (3) Present proof of completion of continuing competency activities required by this rule at the request of the board on a form that is approved by the board.
