Sec. 1. This rule is promulgated pursuant to the authority granted by IC 27-1-23 concerning the regulation of insurance holding company systems. The purposes of this rule are to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of IC 27-1-23. The information called for by this rule is hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of policyholders.
