Sec. 10. The house rules and information available to the patron through the sports wagering device, or upon request at a licensed facility, must clearly state what is to occur when an event or market is canceled, including the handling of wagers with multiple events, such as parlays, where one (1) or more of these legs are canceled. If a single event or market is canceled for any reason, all wagers are to be refunded in full as soon as reasonably possible.
