Sec. 2. (a) For each sport that the commission approves sports wagering to be conducted, the commission shall:

1. (1) accept through its website a list, and any other information provided, concerning prohibited sports wagering participants under IC 4-38-9-3(5), from the relevant sports governing body; and
2. (2) provide the list, and any other information provided, concerning prohibited sports wagering participants to sports wagering operators.

(b) When such information is not submitted to the commission, sports wagering operators shall use commercially reasonable measures to identify individuals outlined in IC 4-38-9-3(5).

(c) A sports wagering operator may not knowingly accept a wager from such prohibited sports wagering participants.

(d) The information provided under this section shall be considered confidential under IC 4-38-5 and IC 5-14-3-4(a)(2).
