Sec. 5. (a) The petitioner shall provide the review officer with the following information at least fifteen (15) days before the date of the review:

1. (1) The name and address of any witness who may be called to testify on behalf of the petitioner.
2. (2) All documents or other material, whether or not in the possession and control of the petitioner that the petitioner reasonably expects will be necessary to introduce at the review.

(b) The commission, through its investigative teams, may conduct a background investigation of the petitioner. If a background investigation is conducted, a summary of the results of this investigation shall be provided to the review officer and the petitioner.
