Sec. 10. The commission may take any action against a supplier licensee at any time, including, but not limited to:

1. (1) revocation;
2. (2) restriction; or
3. (3) suspension;

of a supplier's license at any time that the commission determines the supplier licensee is in violation of IC 4-33, IC 4-35, or this rule.
