Sec. 2. In a hearing under this rule, the respondent is entitled to the following:

1. (1) Proper notice of all allegations contained in the complaint.

2. (2) The ability to confront the evidence presented against the respondent, including, but not limited to, the right to the following:

   1. (A) Counsel at respondent's expense.
   2. (B) Present a defense.
   3. (C) Call witnesses.
   4. (D) Request the issuance of subpoenas under section 9 of this rule.
   5. (E) Cross-examine witnesses testifying against the respondent.
   6. (F) Submit legal arguments.
   7. (G) Participate fully in the proceeding.
