Sec. 15. (a) Each party, witness, attorney, or other representative must behave in all commission hearings and proceedings with dignity, courtesy, and respect for:

1. (1) the commission;
2. (2) the administrative law judge; and
3. (3) all participants to the proceeding.

(b) An individual who violates this section may be excluded from the hearing or proceeding by the commission member or administrative law judge.
