Sec. 3. Amendments to the internal control procedures with respect to complimentary play programs shall be handled in accordance with 68 IAC 11-1-5 and as follows:

1. (1) The casino licensee must submit amendments to the internal control procedures to the executive director at least twenty (20) days prior to the utilization of the amended internal control.
2. (2) The executive director or designee shall, in writing, approve the amendment to the internal control procedures, in total or in part.
3. (3) The casino licensee may not use an amendment to its internal control procedures until and unless the amendment to the internal control procedures has been approved, in writing, by the executive director or the executive director's designee.
