Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to casino licensees.

(b) Casino licensees or casino license applicants must submit a floor plan or floor plans outlining the decks or floors of the casino gambling operation and the location, number, or position of each electronic gaming device and live gaming device. The floor plan or floor plans must be submitted, in accordance with 68 IAC 17-1-2(d), to the executive director at least twenty (20) days before the commencement of gambling operations.

(c) The casino licensee must do the following:

1. (1) Notify the executive director and an enforcement agent at least five (5) days before using a floor plan that has previously been submitted to the executive director.
2. (2) Submit amendments to the floor plan or floor plans to the executive director at least five (5) days before the amendment is used.
3. (3) Provide the information in subdivision (2) to the enforcement agent.
