Sec. 57. "Key person" means any:

1. (1) officer;
2. (2) director;
3. (3) executive;
4. (4) employee;
5. (5) trustee;
6. (6) substantial owner;
7. (7) independent contractor; or
8. (8) agent;

of a business entity, having the power to exercise, either alone or in conjunction with others, management or operating authority over a business entity or an affiliate thereof.
