Sec. 39. "Power boiler" means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at an internal pressure greater than fifteen (15) psig for use external to itself and that exceeds the limits of a a miniature boiler, a low pressure heating boiler, a hot water supply boiler, a steam cleaner, or a model boiler, as defined in this rule. The term shall include heat recovery steam generators (HRSG boilers).
