Sec. 23. In any case when a boiler or unfired pressure vessel is reinstalled in the state, the state registration number must remain with the boiler or unfired pressure vessel and the owner or user must notify the division of the location change. The operating permit of the boiler or unfired pressure vessel becomes invalid when it is moved, and a new inspection and operating permit is required to ensure the fittings and appliances comply with the rules for new installations.
