Sec. 10. The owner or user shall prepare each boiler or unfired pressure vessel for internal inspection and shall prepare for and apply a hydrostatic leak test whenever necessary, on the date specified by the inspector responsible for inspection of the equipment in question, which date shall be no less than fourteen (14) days after the date of notification.
