Sec. 5. (a) The division will establish the following:

1. (1) A time schedule during which a recipient may withdraw available assistance through the EBT program.
2. (2) Times when available assistance that the recipient has not withdrawn will be suspended or expunged.

(b) The county office will notify recipients of:

1. (1) the time and procedure or suspension or expungement of available assistance;
2. (2) any retention of available assistance off-line; and
3. (3) the procedure for reactivating suspended accounts;

as part of required recipient training at the time the initial certification period is established and at the time of recertification.
