Sec. 1. The definitions of the following terms as used in this title, unless a different meaning appears from the context, are the same as set forth in Section 1 of The Welfare Act of 1936, as amended: "administrator", "applicant", "recipient", "assistance", "dependent child", and "child welfare services".
