Sec. 1. The department of child services shall enter into an interstate compact on adoption and medical assistance, hereinafter referred to as the compact, to provide procedures for adoption and medical assistance for interstate children. The compact shall comply with the provisions of this rule and IC 31-19-29-3. This rule shall apply to all interstate adoption assistance agreements.
