Sec. 21. Foster parents shall encourage participation in extracurricular activities that are appropriate to the age and abilities of the child. All organized activities shall be supervised by:

1. (1) the foster parents;
2. (2) another adult caregiver designated by the foster parents; or
3. (3) the designated group leader.

Foster parents shall encourage the child to take part in community services and activities both with the foster family and individually.
