Sec. 36. (a) To be approved to provide person centered planning facilitation services an applicant shall either:

1. (1) be an entity approved to provide supported living services under this article; or
2. (2) complete the requirements set out in 460 IAC 7-4-1(c).

(b) For an entity to be approved to provide person centered planning facilitation services, an entity shall certify that, if approved, the entity will provide person centered planning facilitation services using only persons who meet the qualifications set out in 460 IAC 7-4-5.1(c).
