Sec. 56. "Therapy services" means services provided under this article by a licensed psychologist with an endorsement as a health service provider in psychology pursuant to IC 25-33-1-5.1(c), a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed clinical social worker, or a licensed mental health counselor.
