Sec. 9. A provider designated in an individual's ISP as responsible for providing environmental and living arrangement support shall notify the individual's service coordinator at least twenty (20) days before any contemplated change of the individual's residence. The change in the individual's residence may not take place until written approval is received from the individual's service coordinator.
