Sec. 3. (a) A provider of case management services shall give the individual or the individual's legal representative, if applicable, clear instructions for contacting the provider.
(b) A provider of case management services shall give the individual or the individual's legal representative, if applicable, a summary of information and procedures if the individual needs assistance or has an emergency before or after business hours.
