Sec. 2. (a) To maintain the BDS's approval to provide case management services under this article, a provider shall complete twenty (20) hours of training regarding case management services in each calendar year.

(b) The training prescribed by subsection (a) shall include at least ten (10) hours of training approved by the BDS.

(c) If the BDS identifies a systemic problem with a provider's case management services, the provider of case management services shall obtain training on the topics recommended by the BDS.
