Sec. 2. A provider that transports an individual receiving services in a motor vehicle shall:

1. (1) maintain the vehicle in good repair;
2. (2) properly register with the Indiana bureau of motor vehicles or in the state in which the owner of the vehicle resides; and
3. (3) insure the vehicle as required under Indiana law.
