Sec. 2. (a) A provider shall maintain and, upon the BDS's request, shall make available to the BDS the following information concerning the provider:

1. (1) Financial status.
2. (2) Current expenses and revenues.
3. (3) Projected budgets outlining future operations.
4. (4) Credit history and the ability to obtain credit.

(b) A provider shall maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices.

(c) The financial status of a provider shall be audited according to state board of accounts requirements and procedures.
