Ind. Admin. Code tit. 460, r. 2-4-39 – Accessibility of written materials

Sec. 39. (a) A licensed manager and a manager trainee may designate a preferred format for receiving access to written materials or communications from the agency. Available formats are as follows:

(1) Braille.
(2) Large print.
(3) Electronic format.
(4) Recorded tape.

(b) If reasonably possible, the state licensing agency shall provide a licensed manager and a manager trainee with access to written materials or communications in the preferred format requested under subsection (a).
