Sec. 3. "Activities of daily living" or "ADL" means a measurement of an individual's degree of independence when:
(1) eating;
(2) bathing;
(3) dressing; and
(4) moving from one (1) place to another.
The term also refers to an activity described in the long term care services eligibility screen referred to in IC 12-10-10-6.3 [IC 12-10-10-6.3 repealed by P.L. 174-2025 SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2025.].
